Zeb Laverty is a family law attorney dedicated to representing fathers in divorce and child custody matters. He advocates for clients in custody disputes, parenting time, child support, and post-decree modifications, with a focus on protecting and preserving meaningful parent-child relationships.

Zeb earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from Boise State University in 2015 and his Juris Doctor from Concordia Law School in 2019. He distinguished himself academically throughout his legal studies and on the Uniform Bar Examination. In law school, he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in both Professional Responsibility and Immigration Law, recognizing the highest academic achievement in those courses. He also worked in the Concordia Immigration Clinic, where he gained hands-on experience representing clients and addressing complex legal issues.

Zeb is admitted to practice law in Idaho, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of Idaho and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Idaho.

As both an attorney and a father, Zeb understands the importance of active involvement in a child’s life. He brings that perspective to his practice, advocating for outcomes that foster strong, lasting relationships between fathers and their children. Outside the office, he spends much of his time supporting his daughter. He coached softball for six years and continues to attend her games at Borah High School.
