Brittani S. Harris’s practice areas include paternity, divorce, custody, child support, alimony, modifications, domestic-violence protection, adoptions, parental-defense, guardianships, conservatorships, civil-rights litigation, criminal defense, estate planning, and advocating for special-needs children and adults.
Ms. Harris is an alumna of Brigham Young University, where she graduated with her juris doctorate in 2011. Prior to studying law, Ms. Harris was a newspaper reporter. She published pieces in the Daily Herald, and the Deseret News. She covered politics and educational issues across Utah and Idaho. She received her bachelor’s degree in print journalism from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2007.
When Ms. Harris is not practicing law, she is an avid seamstress, and outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Conciliation Courts (AFCC)
The AFCC is an international, organization of professionals (judges, lawyers, mediators, therapists, etc.) focused on resolving family conflict, especially in divorce and custody cases, by promoting best practices, research, and education to help children and families. They advocate for better ways to manage family disputes, focusing on collaborative approaches, child welfare, and supporting court-involved services like mediation and parenting coordination.
