Jolley and Jolley Refund Policy

All client retainer fees are placed in the Jolley and Jolley attorney-client trust fund account and withdrawn
at a designated hourly rate as legal services are provided to the client. Upon the termination of legal services,
all unearned retainerfees in a client’s account will be refunded to the client.

$250 of the Jolley and Jolley “initial retainer/deposit” is non-refundable.
