TIMOTHY DUDLEY – Licensed in Utah

Before pursuing his education in law, Timothy Clark Dudley graduated with honors from the University of Utah in 2005.

During the following year, Timothy did graduate work in policy and public administration at the London Schools of Economics.

Following his tenure studying abroad, Timothy attended Villanova University School of Law on a partial scholarship, where he graduated in 2009

Having practiced law since 2010, Timothy has experience in criminal and business law, as well as his current focus on child custody, parent time, and all other related areas of family law. Timothy joined the Jolley and Jolley team of attorneys in the spring of 2016.

In 2015, Timothy co-authored a scholarly article on pre-marital property distribution, which was published in the Rocky Mountain Law Journal.

Timothy enjoys art, outdoor recreation, athletics, and especially playing with his three kids!
