Utah Fathers Rights Attorney, Mark LaRocco
Mark R. LaRocco grew up in Cache Valley, Utah, where he graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism in 2004. He served a two-year LDS mission to Toronto, Canada, and became fluent in Canadian English.

Mark attended three law schools: His first year was at the University of Akron School of Law in Ohio, where he had a full scholarship. During the summer between his first and second year, he studied at St. Louis University’s Madrid Campus in Spain. That summer, he transferred to the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2008.

During law school, Mark fulfilled an externship working in the field of immigration law at Holy Cross Ministries, as well as serving a judicial externship for Justice Jill N. Parrish of the Utah Supreme Court. Mark also worked during the summer of 2007 at Atkin Law Offices in downtown Salt Lake City, and he worked at the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office as a law clerk in 2008.

After graduating from law school, Mark moved to Provo to work in the Fourth District Court of Utah. Mark served as a law clerk/bailiff for Judge Gary D. Stott until Judge Stott’s retirement in 2009, then worked for a year for Judge Lynn W. Davis. In September of 2010, Mark began working at Jolley & Jolley, and has enjoyed helping to protect fathers’ rights in divorce and custody cases ever since.

Mark enjoys basketball, golf, running, hiking, hunting, and fishing. He is an avid reader and a self-proclaimed film buff. In March of 2010, Mark married his sweetheart Holly, and they moved to Cottonwood Heights in August.
